The Issue

When Citrix acquired ShareFile, their growth accelerated even faster than initially anticipated, and they were faced with the need to find a corporate HQ in the best location available to fit and continue to grow the company culture and enable the firm to recruit the very best talent that Raleigh and the Triangle attract.


The Solution

Over a due diligence period spanning 18 months, we were able to identify and pursue significant state and local tax credits, advise on the selection of development and architectural consultants, and perform an in-depth analysis of multiple facilities. After that initial period, we worked closely with Citrix to determine the feasibility of converting an older structure in Raleigh’s warehouse district into a Class A headquarters space.
