Case Study
Duke Medicine at Meadowmont
01.
The Issue
The site was one of the last vacant parcels in the successful mixed-use Meadowmont development in Chapel Hill. The site required a complex rezoning, numerous town hall meetings, and the development of a challenging topography.
02.
The Solution
Davis Moore Capital developed a 15,000 square foot, two-story medical office building and delivered the project on time and on budget. This project is a perfect example of the creativity and persistence of the Davis Moore team.
03.
The Benefit
This new facility houses a primary care practice, physical therapy and occupational therapy, along with ancillary and radiology services. This location has seen tremendous success, and allowed Duke to establish their presence in its largest competitor’s backyard.
This project was recognized in 2014 by Healthcare Real Estate Insights magazine(“HREI”) as the Best New Medical Office Building Under 25,000 SF in the nation.
