EmergeOrtho Brier Creek, formerly Triangle Orthopaedic


The Issue

TOA already has a successful surgery center in the booming Brier Creek market. They were anxious to open a general orthopaedic practice and urgent care in a market where they have enjoyed so much success. Unfortunately, there was little land available in Brier Creek. It was going to come at a high price tag and complicated site work.


The Solution

TOA entered a joint venture with Davis Moore Healthcare, allowing both tenant and developer goals to align and deliver the best possible facility for the lowest cost. Davis Moore secured one of the last prime pieces of real estate in Brier Creek and is currently developing a 30,000 square feet medical office building that will be TOA’s finest location. Davis Moore experience and expertise helped eliminate risks with the complicated site work, and solidified pricing and a firm schedule.


The Benefit

The project is well underway and is on track to deliver on schedule and budget. This development highlights some of Davis Moore’s greatest strengths. In this case, the physician partnership allows TOA to have a seamless development process in their ideal outpatient facility, while also benefiting from development gains. In addition, this site offers additional retail parcels adjacent to the medical office building in the growing Brier Creek market.

This project broke ground in November 2015 and was completed at the end of 2016.
