Pepsi Bottling Ventures (“PBV”) is the largest privately-held bottler for Pepsi-Cola products in North America. With 18 bottling and distribution facilities across five (5) states and its corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina, PBV strives for strategic locations and efficient facilities to maximize production.

The Solution
Since 2013, Davis Moore has partnered with Pepsi Bottling Ventures to serve as an ongoing real estate consultant for the real estate portfolio. Select engagements include executing the disposition of a facility in Charlotte, NC with a gain in value of over $20M, an opportunistic restructuring of its corporate headquarters in Raleigh (2018), and disposition of functionally obsolete facilities in Lumberton (2018) and Midland (2022), respectively.
