Ben Litke joined Davis Moore in 2026 after thirteen years with Cushman & Wakefield. A veteran of the industry, paired with over twenty-five years residing in the Triangle, provides Ben a unique perspective and intimate market knowledge. Exclusively representing office, industrial and life-science occupiers, Ben has completed over 750 transactions on behalf of his clients resulting in over half a billion dollars in lease and sale volume.

After spending his formative years in Cary, Ben graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and now resides in Raleigh with his wife Sandra their two sons, Bradley and Jason.
