Hayes Barrus

Hayes Barrus joined Davis Moore in 2026 as an Analyst on the firm’s Healthcare Advisory team, where he supports health systems and physician groups with real estate advisory and transaction services. Based in Charlotte, Hayes assists the team with market research, financial analysis, and evaluating opportunities that support clients’ real estate decisions across the region.

Prior to joining Davis Moore, Hayes gained experience in commercial real estate investment sales and investment banking. Through this experience, he developed a strong foundation in financial modeling, underwriting, and market analysis, which he now applies to help clients evaluate opportunities and navigate complex real estate transactions.

Hayes graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE). He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. Outside the office, Hayes enjoys playing tennis, continuing his pursuit of a better golf game, spending time on the water, and following Tar Heel basketball.
