Kristine Smith

Kristine Smith joined Davis Moore after more than eight years in commercial real estate in the Raleigh-Durham market. Prior to joining the Davis Moore team, Kristine served as an advisor on the Tenant Representation team at Cushman & Wakefield, where she specialized in providing real estate solutions for office and industrial occupiers. Before moving into brokerage, she worked as a Research Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, where she developed a deep understanding of the Raleigh-Durham market from the ground up.

At Davis Moore, Kristine works closely with her clients to understand their business objectives and deliver strategies that support where they are today and where they are headed. She built her practice on genuine client relationships, continuous communication, and a commitment to delivering results.

A Buffalo, New York native, Kristine relocated to the Triangle a decade ago and now calls Apex home. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Science from St. John Fisher College and is a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina.
