Originally from Sanford, North Carolina, Mollie Garrett earned her bachelor’s degree in human resources from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She began her career in administrative and accounting support roles, where she discovered a growing interest in finance and operations. After several years of hands-on experience, Mollie made the decision to return to school and earned her master’s in accounting from the University of Arizona Global Campus in 2023.

Shortly thereafter, she joined Davis Moore as a Property Accountant. In her current role, Mollie works closely with the Davis Moore Investment Management team in developing ambulatory medical facilities across eastern North Carolina. Known for her dependability, attention to detail, and approachable demeanor, she is committed to continuous personal and professional growth—and is currently working toward earning her CPA license.
