Robert Davis

Healthcare Practice Group

Robert Davis manages and executes real estate development strategy and projects for healthcare providers in the firm’s healthcare practice group. He specializes in ambulatory real estate, overseeing both new construction and retrofits of existing medical facilities, and has a particular passion for tackling the complex challenges of surgery center projects. Robert has led projects for leading healthcare systems and practices, including OrthoCarolina, Novant Health, Atrium Health, and Carolina Neurosurgical and Spine Associates. He brings a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to exceptional service to every project, delivering creative solutions that meet his clients’ needs.

Robert graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Economics and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys running and fishing in the North Carolina mountains.
