Thomas Cashion joined Davis Moore in May 2025 as a member of the Healthcare Practice Group, where he specializes in advising health systems and physician practice groups on strategic real estate decisions. Based in Charlotte, NC—where he was born and raised—Thomas brings local insight and a strong commitment to serving the healthcare needs of the region.

Prior to joining Davis Moore, Thomas worked at a nationally recognized civil engineering and landscape architecture firm, contributing to a variety of commercial development projects across North and South Carolina. At Davis Moore, Thomas leverages his multidisciplinary background to provide comprehensive support to both internal teams and clients.

Thomas is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, and outside the office he enjoys playing golf, spending time on Lake Norman, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers & Carolina Panthers.
